We also help our clients in finding candidates for a fulltime job placement. We completely assess the candidate’s skills, background, and qualifications before presenting the candidate to the client.

Contract to hire is the placement of a Accentrim’s Staffing candidate at a client company, where the candidate remains on Accentrim’s payroll for a minimum of 480 hours. At any time after completion of the 480-hour liquidation period, the candidate may go directly on to the client’s payroll, without any additional charge to the client company.

Contract Placement is the placement of a Accentrim Staffing candidate who remains on our payroll at a client company, working as a temporary employee for a specific period of time.
